Ingredients

  • 5 medium apples, diced
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbs coconut oil

 Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C and place a large, deep fry pan on medium heat. Add apples and 1 tbs coconut oil to fry pan and cook until apple softens.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbs of maple syrup and 2 tbs coconut oil until well combined.
  • Once apple is softened, add remaining maple syrup and cinnamon, and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  • Place apple mixture in a greased baking dish and top with oat mixture. Cook in oven for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
