Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Vanilla extract, to taste

 

Instructions:

  • Combine oats, plant-based milk, water, peanut butter caramel, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Lightly grease the skillet with oil, add the diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the oatmeal with cooked apples on top.
